How to Get Support

Please call us at 760-710-6844 Mon. - Fri. 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST and a member of our support team will work with you to determine the nature of the problem.

You will be given a unique connection code and asked to use that to login to the box above. Once you login the screen-sharing session will begin.

You will be prompted to download a small virus free plug-in. Then, with your permission, our support representative will be able to view your screen and assist you with navigation. Please note you are in full control of you computer at all times. You can end screen-sharing sessions at any time.
